Your Order

  • Can I check the status of my order? 
    • You should receive tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. 
    • If you do not receive this information within 5 working days, please contact us or email us using orders@modish-home-interiors.co.uk
  • What if I want to change or cancel my order?
    • Unfortunately in the majority of cases we may not be able to cancel or change an order once it has been placed, but if you get in touch as soon as possible we may be able to help. 
  • Why has my order been cancelled or delayed?
    • In some very rare circumstances it may be that the items you are wishing to purchase are on backorder, and therefore may have significant delays in shipping times.
    • In such cases we will contact you to discuss next steps, and you will not be charged for the item until it has shipped. 

Delivery 

  • If I order multiple items will they all arrive together?
    • It depends! If the items are the same brand, then most likely they will arrive together. If they are from different brands they may arrive from different manufacturers or suppliers so may come as separate deliveries. 
  • Can I change my delivery details?
    • Unfortunately in the majority of cases we may not be able to cancel or change delivery details once the order has been placed, but if you contact us as soon as possible we may be able to help. 
  • Where do you deliver to?
    • Currently Modish Home Interiors Ltd. only delivers to addresses in the United Kingdom.
  • How much does delivery cost?
    • Delivery and shipping costs are totally free when shopping with Modish Home Interiors Ltd. 

Products

  • Where do Modish products come from?
    • We source high quality dining room furniture from a variety of British manufacturers and suppliers. For more information, take a look at our suppliers page. 
  • Do you have a showroom?
    • Unfortunately we do not have a showroom. This is so we can keep overhead costs down and allow us to provide you with high quality furniture at competitive prices. 
  • Can I see fabric examples?
    • Currently we are not able to provide swatches of fabrics or materials. We may have further digital images of the products available if you get in touch.

Returns and Refunds

  • Do you offer refunds?
    • Yes, refunds are possible if we are contacted within 7 days of receipt of delivery of the items. For more details please visit our page dedicated to returns. 
  • How long will my refund take to process?
    • Once the items have been received and inspected, your refund should be processed immediately. 
  • Who pays for return postage costs?
    • To return items you will be responsible for return postage costs. For high value items you may wish to declare this to the courier in order to insure the value of the item in case it is lost.
