Order and Delivery

Order Confirmation and Delivery:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email, this means that: 

  1. We have received your order in our system, and pre-authorised your payment method for the purchase. 
  2. We automatically confirm that the item(s) are in stock and available for immediate delivery from our suppliers.
    • If your item(s) are on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you via email. 
    • If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges from your chosen payment method and submit the order for delivery.
    • Some items may have longer delivery lead times, if so, this will be highlighted in the product information pages, so ensure you check this prior to placing an order.
    • Once the order has left the warehouse, you will be emailed a copy of the tracking information within 24 hours to the email provided whilst checking out. 
    • If you do not receive tracking information from us within 5 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@modish-home-interiors.co.uk

     

    Damages:

    In the very rare occasion that any packaging or item(s) arrived damaged, please make a note of this as soon as possible and take photographs. This can then be emailed to returns@modish-home-interiors.co.uk and we can investigate further. Our full returns and refund policy can be found here.

     

    Cancellations & Refunds:

    Regrettably, in the majority of cases we are not able to cancel or amend orders, including delivery address, once they have been submitted. This is due to our quick turnaround times with our suppliers. If you contact us as soon as possible there may be ways we can work around this. 

    Refunds will only be issued to the original payment card that you use when placing your order.
