7-Day Refund Policy
General
- Our policy lasts 7 days, therefore if 7 days have gone by since your purchase has arrived, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
- We do not accept or offer exchanges, instead you must create a new order.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Exemptions & Partial Refunds
- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. This is documented on the product pages where applicable, including custom and personalised orders.
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, in the first instance you will need to check your bank account again. There is often some processing time before a refund is applied.
- You may then need to check with your bank to see if the refund is pending on your account.

Sale or Discounted Items
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
Shipping & Postage of Returns
- To return your product, you must contact us for the returns address, do not return the item to our business address.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, which is non refundable.
- If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider declaring this to the courier as this will protect you in the rare circumstances that your returns are not delivered back to us.
