Returns & Refunds

7-Day Refund Policy

General

  • Our policy lasts 7 days, therefore if 7 days have gone by since your purchase has arrived, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
  • We do not accept or offer exchanges, instead you must create a new order.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
    • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

 

Exemptions & Partial Refunds

  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. This is documented on the product pages where applicable, including custom and personalised orders. 
  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: 
    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.


Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, in the first instance you will need to check your bank account again. There is often some processing time before a refund is applied.
  • You may then need to check with your bank to see if the refund is pending on your account.

Sale or Discounted Items 

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.

 

Shipping & Postage of Returns

  • To return your product, you must contact us for the returns address, do not return the item to our business address.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, which is non refundable. 
  • If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider declaring this to the courier as this will protect you in the rare circumstances that your returns are not delivered back to us.
